As he takes the reigns at the Pacific Pride Academy for Rugby Canada, a huge congratulations and welcome back to Canada to Jamie Cudmore: Squamish raised, 43-capped international, 4 time veteran of the Rugby World Cup, Canadian rugby legend - and an Axeman!
Cudmore first cut his rugby teeth with the Sea to Sky's original Axemen in the 90s, and went on to play for Capilano in Vancouver and the Pacific Pride before forging a rugby career that took him to Wales, France and the highest echelons of the game.
He's been a vocal supporter of this new Axemen Rugby Club, and his name is on one of our coveted player awards. And so, from all at the Axemen, we wish you the very best of luck Jamie.
